Bookmarks: supported import
- Export bookmarks as an HTML file from your previous browser’s bookmark manager.
- Open the ICON Browser desktop app. In the onboarding bookmark import section, use the HTML option. Direct import is also available for supported browsers.
- Select the file in the desktop app, then check the reported bookmark count and folders.
- Open a few bookmarks to verify the import before deleting the source file.
Passwords and sessions
Bookmark import is the automatic migration verified in this version’s source. We do not promise password or session migration. You can keep using your password manager and sign in to sites again. Do not upload password files to this website or the feedback form.
Extensions
Review your existing extensions. Reinstall only the ones you need through ICON Browser’s extension management and check their permissions. Compatibility is not guaranteed for every extension; extension settings are not migrated automatically.
